This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of snaply.pro (the “Site”) is processed and protected. The data controller is the Site owner, a private individual (the “Operator”). Contact for privacy matters: andrewgulavkov@gmail.com.

2. Data we process
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, screen resolution, language, OS;
- Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, time and duration of visits;
- Cookies and similar technologies (analytics identifiers);
- Session recordings (cursor movement, clicks, scrolling) via Yandex Metrica Session Replay (Webvisor);
- Data you voluntarily provide when contacting the Operator (e.g. your email address).
The Site does not knowingly collect sensitive data and is not intended for persons under 18.
3. Purposes
- Keeping the Site functional and secure;
- Analyzing traffic and improving the Site and its content;
- Responding to user inquiries.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent. Consent to cookies and analytics is given by continuing to use the Site after seeing the cookie notice. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, which may limit some features of the Site.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses the following analytics services:
- Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) — traffic statistics, click maps, session replay. See the Yandex privacy policy;
- PostHog(self-hosted) — product analytics. The software runs on the Operator's own server located in the Russian Federation; analytics data is not shared with PostHog Inc. or any other third party.
These services set their own cookies (including _ym_* and ph_*) and process data in aggregated form for statistical purposes.
6. Sharing
Data may be shared with service providers that keep the Site running (hosting, analytics) to the extent necessary for those services. The Operator does not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed upon a lawful request of competent authorities.
7. Retention
Data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn. Retention by analytics services is governed by their own policies.
8. Your rights
- Request information about the processing of your data;
- Request correction, restriction, or deletion of your data;
- Withdraw your consent;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Changes
The Operator may update this Policy. The new version takes effect once published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
